Bio/Statement : John has been designing and creating jewelry since 1979. His apprenticeship was with Ed Levin (of “World Book Encyclopedia” recognition) in upstate New York. In 2000 John concluded a twelve-year chapter as the manager of Shreve, Crump & Low’s (established in 1796) custom jewelry shop. John’s skill as a designer/craftsman has taken him through two worlds: One of the late craft movement, and one of high-end traditional fine jewelry.
