Welcome to Joy Street Artist Studios, Somerville's newest and finest non-residential artist work studios.  Joy Street Artist Studios provide newly constructed studio space in  a former warehouse with low monthly rates that  include basic utilities. 

Joy Street Artist Studios provide a creative atmosphere for artists working in all media.  We are located  near Brickbottom, close to public transportation (Lechmere and Sullivan Stations) and Route 93. We house portrait, landscape and still life artists, sculptors, crafts persons and more. Joy Street Artist Studios offers non-residential work studios in a variety of sizes and shapes to meet your creative and imaginative needs. Our windowed and skylight studios have natural bright light and up to 7 windows.  Many of our studios have views of the Boston Skyline. All of our studios include high ceilings, insulated walls, solid core doors, access to a freight elevator, men's and women's lavatories, access to water and a utility sink, a sky lit lounge area, free parking and are phone and DSL internet ready. 1-5 year leases available.
